Updates!

Revised versions of Tales from the Lily Pad, Shadows: A Collection of Poetry, and Woman on the Run are also available now.

Whales & Nightingales Press is  starting the new year in a big way, with the publication of two new books by author, Catherine Al-Meten Meyers.

L’amour est le miel: a collection of poetry is Catherine (formerly Al-Meten) Meyers’ third book of poetry. The poetry explores the many moods and seasons of love, and awakens the reader to the connections between the heart and the beauty of the world and of relationships, regardless what stage of life or love.

Tales from the Lily Pad is a collection of essays written as part of a writer’s group. Over the summer and autumn of 2015, Catherine Meyers wrote a series of essays that, in the words of one reader describes:
“There is so much of Catherine’s writing that resonates and grabs me. She is a master at inviting you into her moment, taking you on a journey into her world, her mind, her heart and her soul. She asks fascinating questions and explores the possibility of answers. That would be fascinating enough, but soon the journey also takes you into your own mind and heart, inviting you to explore the more meaningful questions residing in your own life and soul.” –Linda Kohler-Trott, Arroyo Grande, California.
